If I am elected as a corporator from Municipal Ward No. 206 in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation local self-government general elections 2026, it will be my endeavor to prioritize socially useful initiatives and implement the following amenities.Mainly, I intend to provide basic facilities under the ward such as gardens, health services, strengthening and widening of roads within the ward, well-equipped toilet systems, and household water connections to provide clean water supply.For women empowerment and self-defense initiatives, programs such as women's small scale industries, market access for self-help group products, health wellness facilities, self-defense training centers, etc., will be implemented.Under the ward's tourism development and beautification, along with building gardens, the plan is to preserve a swimming pool, clean beaches, a flamingo tourist spot, and Sewri Fort, and beautify intersections to develop tourism spots.Since 80% of this ward consists of slum dwellers, solid waste is a major problem; therefore, a zero waste campaign will be run by effectively organizing a cleanliness campaign, solid waste management, and composting projects for a clean and beautiful healthy Sewri.While prioritizing citizens' health, municipal dispensaries will be renovated to provide essential facilities and free medicines.
