I will implement solutions regarding the dust blowing at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Maidan.Siddhivinayak Temple: A) Due to the lack of nearby parking facilities for the vehicles of devotees coming in large numbers from outside, devotees park anywhere on the road, causing inconvenience to both devotees and traffic police. B) Millions of devotees visit Sri Siddhivinayak for darshan, but no basic facilities are provided to them, and due to the large number of devotees, local residents and traffic face various inconveniences. I will address these issues.During my tenure as corporator, I had passed a resolution in the Municipal Corporation providing a 50% special discount for parking local vehicles (within a 500-meter radius) at Kohinoor Public Parking, Ram Ganesh Gadkari Chowk, Dadar. After my tenure ended, the Municipal Corporation suddenly canceled this special discount, deceiving local residents. Keeping the Municipal Corporation elections in mind, the current state government has restarted the discounted rates. I will make all efforts to bring a proposal in the Municipal Corporation to ensure this concession remains permanent for local residents.Large-scale development works are underway across the entire ward, but the main water pipelines supplying water are still old from the British era. It is highly necessary to renew the main water pipelines to ensure that sufficient water supply is available to everyone in the near future.The Late Bhagoji Keer Crematorium is located in the area of Ward 191, and it needs improvement. Also, since Mahim Creek is adjacent to the crematorium, a large number of grieving families and relatives from all over Mumbai come daily for religious rituals/cremations; I will focus on providing them with the necessary basic facilities.Regarding Health Facilities: Since public government hospitals and dispensaries are limited in the Mahim area, personal attention must be given to this issue. Through my efforts and in collaboration with the Sri Siddhivinayak Temple Trust, work has started on setting up a modern, state-of-the-art public laboratory and dispensary at Gokhale Road, Dadar. I will strive to complete it as quickly as possible to make the facility available to local residents.
