I will continuously follow up to resolve the waterlogging issue in Chembur, specifically Ward No. 152, by ensuring the implementation of the permanent pumping station project at Mahul to discharge water into the sea.I will follow up with the government to free citizens from severe pollution and traffic congestion caused by heavy vehicles and tankers from petroleum, fertilizer, and chemical companies like BPCL, HPCL, INDIAN OIL, RCF, and AGIS CHEMICAL in Chembur.I will take concrete steps against developers who trap residents with agreements without developing the buildings or paying rent in stalled SRA and redevelopment projects in Subhash Nagar.I will consider it my primary duty to rescue the residents of Siddharth Colony from the crisis of disconnected electricity meters, heavy bill arrears, and police actions, and work towards resolving their 15-year-old stalled development issue.I will work on priority to address the menace of unauthorized hawkers near Chembur station by creating a "No Hawking Zone" to reduce traffic obstruction and related crimes like chain snatching and harassment.I will make earnest efforts to bring the residents of Lal Dongar and Sindhi Society back under the jurisdiction of the Chembur Police Station instead of the distant Chunabhatti Police Station to save their time and money.
