If I, Mangesh Pangare, am elected from Ward No. 04, I intend to implement concrete measures to achieve planned, balanced, and sustainable development of the ward within the framework of municipal laws, rules, and policies.My main focus will be on making basic civic amenities in the municipal area more robust and efficient.In Ward No. 04, matters related to water supply, drainage and sewerage systems, solid waste management, road repair, street lights, public cleanliness, and drain cleaning will be implemented in a time-bound and planned manner through the concerned municipal departments.To effectively resolve citizens' grievances, a transparent and accountable mechanism will be strengthened by coordinating between the administration and the citizens.From the perspective of urban planning, special attention will be given to controlling unauthorized constructions as per the municipal development plan, reducing traffic congestion, providing safe facilities for pedestrians and senior citizens, strengthening footpaths and parking arrangements, and conserving public open spaces.Preventive measures will be implemented in coordination with the relevant agencies for monsoon planning, disaster management, and flood control.
